The custodians prepare the sessions of the executive commitee and execute its decisions. They organize the procedures for the appointment of new members of faculty. They supervise budgetary and teaching matters and deal with the accreditation of programs. The custodians are the main contact persons for all admission procedures and the authentication of grades passed at other universities.
